I didn't mind Jar Jar, actually... I ignored him. Lol. The kid the played Anakin kind of annoyed me a lot. Like, a lot. He's pretty much the reason I couldn't stand it. Hah.

As a 19 year old boy, I will admit thats probably very true.
But I kept getting the feeling the love sick puppy anakin we got was more do to his bad acting then it being intentional.
It was more like he was trying to be all serious and failing miserably then anything else.
It gets confusing enough for me keeping up with the mess that is DC and marvel comics, that its so easy for me to just skip on the x books, since they just kinda are their own little thing
and the old cartoon handled the pheonix WAY better then the third movie did
I just didn't like how it was more focused on the people than the Transformers... Maybe that was better, because of the people that'd never watched it before, but still.
Despite not being a big transformers fan, I agree with your complaint. Less shia and more optimus would have been good with me. And were you weirded out at all in the end, when the kids going at it with his new gf, inside HIS LIVING CAR. I mean really, would you want some kid doing that inside YOU
